AeroLink is a search and information service. We do not operate transportation services and we do not control schedules, availability, routes, fares, or service quality. Schedules and other information are provided by third parties and may change without notice.
No Guarantee of Schedules or Connections
All timetables, routes, fares, service advisories, and suggested connections are provided "as is" and "as available." AeroLink makes no promise that any service will run, arrive, depart, or connect as displayed. Always verify details with the operator before travel.
No Liability for Disruptions
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AeroLink will have no liability for any delays, cancellations, missed connections, schedule changes, capacity constraints, service suspensions, force-majeure events, or other operational issues of any operator or third party—even if we were advised of the possibility of such issues.
General Warranty Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AeroLink disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any warranties of accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AeroLink's total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Service is $0. If applicable law does not allow a zero-cap or the exclusion above, then AeroLink's aggregate liability shall be limited to the greater of USD $50 or the amounts you paid to AeroLink for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, and in all cases excludes indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages and any lost profits, revenues, opportunities, or goodwill.
Non-waivable Rights; Carve-outs
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (e.g., certain consumer rights) or limits liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence where such limitations are prohibited.
No Endorsement; Identification Only
Operator names and route identifiers are used for identification only and do not imply affiliation or endorsement.
